The Leadership Team
Rhesa Boulton leads the marketing and client services group for Impact Risk Solutions where she oversees master insurance program details including data aggregation, underwriting specifications, coverage negotiations and program documentation review. She has served the insurance and risk management industry for nearly three decades, specializing in problem-solving for large accounts and unique-needs groups. Rhesa has direct experience with the energy sector and a strong background in claims management. She is currently involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of America and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Scott Chapman leads the bond group for Impact Risk Solutions, servicing performance and payment bonds, commercial surety bonds, as well as specific bonds for license, permit and court. He brings a specialty background in oil and gas bonds to clients in those sectors, along with experience in environmental insurance. Through his varied career, Scott has developed a deep understanding of surety bonds, underwriting and claims handling for oil and gas businesses. He has built a strong reputation as a bond specialist for independent agencies over nearly three decades in the insurance and risk management industry.
Marc Halvorsen is a 30-year veteran of the insurance and risk management industries and managing director for Impact Risk Solutions. Marc has worked with some of the nation’s leading insurers to bring results-driven programs in property/casualty, group health and pension plans to national commercial customers across many industries. He is currently involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of America and the Risk and Insurance Management Society. Marc also has affiliation with the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives and the Institute of Cooperative Financial Officers.
